William "Blake" Welch
Attorney Blake Welch is a Managing Partner for Sentinel Law Firm, practicing in the following fields: family law, personal injury, business law, estate planning and traffic tickets. He is licensed in both South Carolina and North Carolina. Originally from Greenville, South Carolina, Blake attended Woodmont High School before attending the University of South Carolina, where he graduated with a degree in visual communications. After receiving his undergraduate degree, he worked at various publishing companies before launching an international chemical company. Blake then went on to graduate with his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2020.
During law school, he worked several part-time jobs and was a member of the ABA Real Property, Trust, and Estate Law Journal, Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and served as a student mentor. He is active in the Methodist Church where he has gone on several mission trips, ranging from local trips within the Carolinas to Tanzania.
Since practicing, he has seen firsthand the need for one-on-one, personal, and trustworthy legal representation for clients. He believes that everyone is entitled to an attorney they can count on for legal protection and guidance. As a result, he and Breanna co-founded Sentinel Law Firm to make sure clients receive the type of representation they deserve.
In 2022, he was recognized as a top trial attorney by the National Trial Lawyers Association. In 2022 and 2023, he was selected by Elite Lawyer and Lawyers of Distinction for excellence in practicing law.
